1. Acceptance

By using Lumenor you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Entertainment, not advice

  • Compatibility scores and reports are for entertainment and self-discovery. We do not guarantee relationship outcomes or the accuracy of astrological interpretations.
  • Explanations are written with the help of AI and can contain mistakes. They are not professional psychological, medical or relationship advice.

3. Coins, subscriptions and purchases

  • New accounts receive 30 starter coins once. A Quick Match costs 10 coins, a Manual Report 30 coins and a Contact Unlock 15 coins (free for Premium members). Costs shown in the app at the time of the action apply.
  • Premium Monthly costs $14.99 per month and renews automatically until you cancel in your store account. Premium Lifetime costs $49.99 as a one-time purchase. Prices may vary by region and taxes.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple, Google or our web payment processor. Refunds are handled under their policies. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Free-plan matches expire after 3 days. Contact unlocks last 24 hours.

4. Your account and conduct

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You agree not to harass or impersonate others, upload unlawful or infringing content, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use contact details obtained through Lumenor to spam or harm anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it to operate Lumenor, including sending the data needed for a comparison to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see delete account). Deleting does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in your Apple or Google account.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Lumenor is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for your interactions with other users. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
