Delete your Lumenor account

You can delete your Lumenor account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Option 1: in the app

Sign in to Lumenor (in the app or on the web app).
Open your profile and go to Settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: by email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Lumenor account”. We may ask you to confirm it is you.

What is deleted

Your profile, birth data, preferences, photo and voice recording
Your matches, reports, reactions and unlocks
Your login credentials and active sessions
Your coin balance and Premium status. Unused coins are lost.

What is not deleted by us

Store subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions.
Purchase records held by Apple, Google and payment processors, which follow their own retention rules.
Routine infrastructure logs and backups, which expire on their own schedule.

We aim to complete deletion requests sent by email within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details on retention.
