An AI model can adjust the final score by at most ±0.3 to reflect nuance in the explanation.

Questions
What does Lumenor actually do?
You enter your birth details, values and lifestyle. Lumenor compares them with other profiles and gives each match a score from 0.0 to 10.0 with a written explanation of the strengths and risks.
How is the score calculated?
A deterministic base score is built from five weighted factors: astrology 35%, values 30%, psychology 20%, lifestyle 10% and profile completeness 5%. An AI model then writes the explanation and may nudge the score by at most 0.3 points. It is not allowed to invent facts that are not in the profiles.
Is astrology scientifically proven?
No. Compatibility results are for entertainment and self-discovery. They do not predict whether a relationship will work.
How do coins work?
New accounts get 30 coins once. A Quick Match costs 10 coins, a Manual Report 30 and a Contact Unlock 15. Premium members unlock contacts for free.
What happens to my matches on the free plan?
Free matches expire after 3 days. Premium keeps your full match history.
Can anyone see my contact details?
No. You can only unlock someone's contact details if you have a match with them scoring at least 5.0/10. Each unlock lasts 24 hours. You can hide your profile from discovery at any time.
Which AI is used?
Lumenor uses OpenAI models to write explanations. Free accounts use a smaller model; Premium members can choose a more capable one. See the Privacy Policy for what is shared.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, or follow the steps on the delete account page. Deletion removes your profile and data.
Is there an iOS app?
